Support Services include:

- Onboarding assistance: help with the initial configurations for your account, including payment, shipping, and tax configurations; importing and synchronizing your data; establishing employee accounts and roles; and more!
Support Services do not include:
- Regular maintenance tasks involved with running the Service, such as maintaining the product catalog, processing orders, communicating with your customers, or configuring the account's detailed behaviors.
- Development of new features or improvements to existing features that you request. These activities are provided according to our separate software development agreement. Costs and timelines for custom development will be discussed and approved in advance.
